At Willow & Nurture, we want you to feel good about what you bring into your home. While our products are final sale due to their handmade, personal nature, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’ll always try to make it right.
- Your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
- The product and packaging are unopened and in perfect condition, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- The product has been opened or gently used, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
If the item was damaged through misuse or falls outside our care guidelines, we’re unable to offer a refund.

If you're requesting a refund or exchange for a product that arrived undamaged, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
